1. What areas do you cover?

We mainly cover the Surrey areas including Guildford, Knaphill, Woking, Send, Godalming and Frimley Green.

2. What insurance do you have?

Petz Need Company have full public liability insurance, key cover, plus care custody and control, covering us for damage to your home, pets or to others whilst your pet is in our care.

3. How do I know if my pet will like you?

This is where the first free initial meeting is useful, this allows us to get to know you and your pet, discuss your requirements and fill in any paper work.

4. How long will you spend with my pet?

We will spend the required time requested by you the owner and
meet your specification.

5. Do you have references?

Yes, please contact us via E-mail or telephone for details of
references.

6. What if I have to cancel?

If a booking has to be cancelled we do not charge for this, but request that if this occurs you notify us as soon as possible.

7. What if I am delayed?

We will continue the same level of care until you contact us to let us know you have returned.

8. How do I pay for the service?

Cash, Bank Transfer or Cheque

9. How secure will my key be?

Your house keys will be stored in a securely locked safe, with your contact details kept in a separate secure location. Petz Need Company are happy to retain a set of your keys which is beneficial to you for regular bookings, emergency situations, if your own keys are lost or stolen, or you get locked out.
